To bridge science communication with Japan and promote innovative resources exchange worldwide, iTOT has employed Dr. KAZUKI OKIMURA as its global general consultant. The appointment ceremony was held in Shandong Jianbang High-Tech Group on September 29, 2018.  

The ceremony was hosted by Walt Cheng, Chairman of iTOT, and then Jian Chen, Chairman of Jianbang High-Tech Group issued the appointment certificate to Dr. KAZUKI OKIMURA. After that, Richard Shiao, CEO of Jianbang High-Tech Group introduced the basic information and business fruits of iTOT in localization and industrialization of internationally advanced science and technology achievements in China.

Dr. KAZUKI OKIMURA expressed that he feel pleased to be the global general consultant of iTOT and will make his contributions to the exchanges between iTOT and high-tech achievements in the world (including Japan) and therefore to promote the science innovation and industry development of Shandong Province. Dr. YONEYAMA Haruko, Director of China Comprehensive Exchange Research Center of JST (Japan Science and Technology Agency) , Xu Jingbo, President of Asian News Agency and Mr. Hamaguchi, Head of iTOT center in Japan, also attended this ceremony. 

Dr. KAZUKI OKIMURA, former Scientific Assessor of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, former counselor of JST, committed himself to promoting the science and technology cooperation between China and Japan. During his tenure of JST counselor, he has made his own contributions to Sino-Japan scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation. In 2016, he was awarded China's State Science and Technology Awards for his outstanding contributions to promote mutual understanding and cooperation in the scientific and technological fields between China and Japan.
